Steve has established numerous offshore teams and led successful business process offshoring strategies for major brands. Steve brings extensive experience in privacy and security standards, and a comprehensive understanding of GDPR compliance.

Bryan’s a seasoned sales professional whose leadership style is built on a foundation of transparency, which he believes is crucial for building trust with clients and employees alike. He is deeply committed to ensuring the success of his clients. He understands that their success is ultimately his success, and he works tirelessly to ensure that they are achieving their goals and objectives. He takes a consultative approach to working with clients and is always looking for ways to add value and help them achieve their desired outcomes.

 

With a background in customer success, sales, marketing and management, Bryan joined the largest legal software company in North America and was exposed to the Legal industry from a technology perspective. His unique background allowed him to quickly evolve in his role and become well acquainted with the way law firms leverage technology and staffing to scale their businesses. He worked together with firms to deploy strategic plans involving these 2 factors, which led to exponential growth for those firms seeking to redefine the way the Legal Industry operates in a more virtual, post Covid-19 world.

 

Bryan is also a passionate mentor and coach. He is committed to helping others grow and develop their skills, and he is always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. He is a firm believer in the power of open and honest communication and encourages his team to share feedback and ideas openly. He joined the team at ShiftSixOS to work under Chris Stock again and wants to continue to expand his knowledge of the legal industry and help small law firms and start-up legal tech companies achieve success, faster and more efficiently.
