Our Story
Why we built ShiftSixOS
ShiftSixOS began with a plain observation. Small and midsize law firms were doing exceptional work with a fraction of the support the largest firms take for granted. The talent existed. The demand existed. What was missing was a way to add skilled people without the cost and overhead of building a team from scratch.
Our founders set out to change that. They had seen up close how firms grow, and how quickly they stall when the right people are out of reach. So they built a company on a single idea: give a growing practice the same caliber of support as the largest players, at a cost that fits how it actually operates.
The model is deliberate. We recruit rigorously vetted professionals in the Philippines and handle everything behind the hire: recruitment, HR, payroll, and compliance, with a dedicated US-based customer success manager for guidance and support. You manage the work day to day, the way you would any member of your team, and we make sure everything behind that hire is handled. We started in legal, where confidentiality, precision, and compliance leave no room for shortcuts. That same standard now carries into every role we staff, for law firms and for the growing businesses that ask for the same rigor.

As a practicing principal lawyer, he understands the pressures of running a firm from the inside, which is exactly the perspective ShiftSixOS is built around. She sets the systems, communication, and quality standards that let a distributed workforce feel like one connected company, and holds the whole operation to a premium bar. Clients turn to ShiftSixOS when they want to scale without losing consistency, and Emma makes sure they get exactly that.

He is a regular presence at legal industry events and works directly with owners to map the right team to their goals. A mentor to sales professionals, Bryan pairs commercial rigor with genuine care for the people he works with. He is based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
